2011 Chrysler 300

 2011
If you took a Chrysler Sebring and upped the style, luxury, and technology both inside and out even further, your result would be the new 2011 Chrysler 200. Available in LX, Touring, Limited and S trim levels, the 2011 200 comes powered by either a 2.4-liter DOHC I4 engine with Dual Variable Valve Timing (VVT) that generates 173 horsepower and 166 pound-feet of torque or a new 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine that puts out best-in-class 283 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. These engines are paired with either a 4-speed automatic transmission or a 6-speed automatic with AutoStick for clutchless manual shifting. Lots of new additions have been made to the exterior, including a new hood, front fascia, projector headlights with LED light pipe accent, premium projector beam fog lamps, rear deck lid, rear fascia, exterior mirrors, LED taillamps, LED center high-mounted stoplight, new Chrysler grille, and new signature Chrysler winged badge. Yet all these trappings do nothing to hinder fuel economy, which is 19 city/29 highway with the V-6 and an impressive 20 city/31 highway with the I4.

Incredibly quiet thanks to the addition of 45 new sound deadening treatments, the new interior features embellishments like an all-new instrument panel, bezels, gauge face, leather-wrapped Chrysler steering wheel, upgraded seats, new upholstery materials, new "soft touch" armrests, and more. Heated front seats, automatic temperature control, leather upholstery, and an 8-way power driver seat with lumbar support keep everyone in the 200 comfortable on trips of any distance. Move to your music as played on the 6-speaker Media Center 130 CD/MP3 sound system with SIRIUS Satellite Radio, steering-wheel-mounted audio controls, and an audio input jack for mobile devices. Or you can choose to upgrade to the Media Center 430 CD/DVD/MP3/HDD sound system variation that adds a 6.5-inch touch screen, remote USB port, Uconnect Voice Command with Bluetooth, and a 30 GB hard drive with 6,700 song capacity to the Media Center 130's equipment. A navigation system with SIRIUS Travel Link and Garmin navigation software helps you get where you need to go on the road. Other features/options include fold-away heated power exterior mirrors, Sentry Key theft deterrent system, universal garage door opener, and remote start system.

Standard safety features include items like advanced multi-stage front passenger airbags, Tire Pressure Monitoring System, active head restraints, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), front seat side airbags, side curtain airbags, antilock 4-wheel-disc brakes (ABS), electronic traction control, and a Lower Anchors and Tethers for Children (LATCH) child seat anchor system. Thanks to all the premium features and details this vehicle offers, the 2011 200 stands to take the mid-size sedan market by storm.
